Shipping Policy – The Argentinian Market

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in Australia and New Zealand using Sendle. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside these regions.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and Sendle’s delivery estimates.

  • We ship all orders from Sydney, Australia.
  • For more accurate delivery times, refer to the tracking link you will receive after your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking

We provide a tracking number for every order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment through Sendle.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We can deliver to P.O. Boxes and parcel lockers, but we will charge the extra cost imposed by Australia Post for such deliveries.
  • If the customer does not want to pay the extra cost, we will refund the order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we will not issue a refund for the order. Additionally, we will recharge the customer for any additional shipping costs associated with reshipping the package to the correct address. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid delays and extra charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@theargentinianmarket.com.au with pictures of the damaged product inside the box showing the damage. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once we have received these photos for verification.
