📦 Order Processing & Pickup
Do you have a physical store?
We currently do not operate a retail shopfront.
However, we do offer warehouse pickup from:

When will my pickup order be ready?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually prepared the same day.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email and can collect it anytime from our 24-hour pickup mailbox.
⚠️ Please note:
This does not apply to empanada discs or temperature-sensitive products, which require controlled handling.
🧉 Stock Availability
Is your stock located in Australia?
Yes — all our stock is located in Sydney and ready to ship.
Occasionally, some products may experience delays or temporary stock issues. If this happens, we’ll contact you directly and apologise for the inconvenience.
💸 Discounts & Pricing
Do you offer discount codes?
We generally do not offer discount codes.
Our prices are already kept as low as possible, and we work constantly to:
- reduce shipping costs
- negotiate better deals directly with suppliers
- pass savings on to customers
You may even notice prices dropping over time as we continue improving our operations.
Do you offer free shipping?
At the moment, we do not offer free shipping.
Instead, our focus is on maintaining the lowest possible product prices across our range.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes — we do wholesale through our parent company, Rosa Traders Pty Ltd.
If you're interested in wholesale opportunities, please contact us directly so we can assess whether your business qualifies.
⚖️ Large Orders Over 22kg
Why does the website say shipping is unavailable?
If your order exceeds 22kg, the website may automatically show that shipping is unavailable to your address.
In these cases, please contact us directly and we’ll help organise a shipping solution for you.
